BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND STAFF (AND OVERHEAD) $950

This is a fee which we charge every family for our basic services which include: 24 Hour consultation, everyday availability with the family or responsible party, clerical service, coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory and/or other involved parties, obtaining required authorizations and permits (Locally) and a fee necessary to cover a proportionate share of our overhead costs such as licenses, insurance, maintenance of facilities and equipment, utilities, and host of costs related to being in business to serve the public.

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains as well as our packaged service plans).

PREPARATION/EMBALMING $350

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

REFRIGERATION:

Refrigeration after 24 hours (per day) $50

The state requires the refrigeration of an un-embalmed body after a 24 hour period.

USE OF STAFF AND ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:

TRANSPORTATION:

TRANSFER OF REMAINS TO FUNERAL HOME $450

Within a 30 (thirty) mile radius from the Funeral Establishment. The charge for additional miles is $2.00 per mile (one way).

If remains are over 250 lbs. Add $250

COACH/HEARSE (each) $350

Within a 30 (thirty) mile radius from the Funeral Establishment. The charge for additional miles is $2.00 per mile (one way).

LIMOUSINE (up to three hours) $400

Each additional hour is $95. Weekend or holiday usage is $50 additional.

FLOWER VEHICLE (each) $125

Within a 30 (thirty) mile radius from the Funeral Establishment. The charge for additional miles is $2.00 per mile (one way).

SERVICE/UTILITY VEHICLE $125

Within a 30 (thirty) mile radius from the Funeral Establishment. The charge for additional miles is $2.00 per mile (one way).

TRANSFER TO/FROM AIRPORT OR CREMATORY $295

Within a 30 (thirty) mile radius from the Funeral Establishment. The charge for additional miles is $2.00 per mile (one way).

MERCHANDISE:

ADULT CASKETS From: $600 to $7,500

INFANT/CHILD CASKETS From: $320 to $1,725

ALTERNATIVE CONTAINERS (for cremation) From: $100

A complete price list will be provided at the Funeral Establishment.

CASH ADVANCE ITEMS:

This listing does not including the price for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as cemetery/crematory services, flowers and paper notices. The prices for these items will be shown on your bill or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected. We charge you for our service in buying these items.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without and outside covering). The containers we provide are hardwood, fiberboard and cardboard.

Surcharge for direct cremation without attendant rites/ceremonies include: Local removal and shelter of remains and local transportation to crematory, necessary services of staff and procuring authorizations. Does not include additional merchandise or cash advance items (such as any charges made by the crematory utilized).

1. Direct cremation with minimum alternative containers (heavy cardboard) purchased from establishment. $1,300

2. Direct cremation with container provided by purchaser. $1,200

3. Direct cremation with appropriate casket or container provided by the funeral establishment. Normally selected with cremations. From: $1,800 to $4,945

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENT $1,295

This charge includes local transportation from airport, temporary shelter of remains and local transportation of remains by service car to cemetery or crematory and required services of staff, refilling, death certificate and burial permit. It does not include additional services of staff, the use of facilities for viewing or funeral rites/ceremonies, merchandise or cash advance items.

IMMEDIATE BURIAL $945

Our charge for an immediate burial without any attendant, rites or ceremonies included. Local removal and shelter of the remains for 24 hours, local transportation to cemetery, necessary services of staff and procurement of authorization.

FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME $1,695

This charge includes local removal of remains, services of staff, embalming, other preparation, and procurement of necessary authorizations and local transportation to airport. It does not include the use of facilities for viewing and/or funeral rites/ceremonies prior to forwarding the body, merchandise or cash advance items.
